We teamed up with top celebrity chefs, Aldo Zilli, Dean Edwards, Ed Bains and Martin Blunos at the Vitality Show at Earls Court, where we created the POM Wonderful Kitchen.
Our chefs rustled up some wonderful recipes with POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice that were not only incredibly healthy but also tasted delicious!
Dean cooked Moroccan Spiced Rack of Lamb with POM Couscous, Seared Diver Sea Scallops with Toasted Hazelnut POM Brown Butter Sauce and POM Glazed Pork Chops with Red Cabbage.

Martin cooked POM Glazed Gamebird, made a POM Honey Vinaigrette and finsihed off with some Banana Crepes with a POM Sauce.

Ed cooked POM Seared Scallop Salad with POM Soy Ginger Dressing and POM Pork Tenderloin with Pomegranate and Onion Marmalade - all of Ed's recipes can be found in the recipe section on our website.
Of course Aldo had to show us how to make and cook pasta!
He then turned this pasta into delicious Butternut Squah Ravioli with a POM Sauce, then he Pan Seared Duck Breast with a POM and Thyme Reduction.
